APPLICATION PROCEEDURE

You will need someone with a computer/email as we only accept ONLINE applications. As we are all volunteers, this saves us alot of time and money (no postage or paper), This also provides you with much faster responses.

1: Read and agree to abide by all policies and procedures:

  • User Fees
  • Cancellation Policy
  • Insurance requirements
  • Guest Policies and Contract

2: Apply ONLINE: Fill out our "Booking Application"

Tell us who you are, how many of you there will be, and when you would like to visit. (Please include: Arrival and Departure times.)

3: Once we receive your ONLINE Application we will send you one of two responses by email:

  • A "Tentative Reservation" for the dates requested
  • A "sorry that date is taken" letter with some alternate date choices

4: Once you have received a Tentative Reservation we will need you to mail the following:

  • Signed Application (will be emailed along with an invoice)
  • Complete Insurance Details
  • Two Cheques: Made payable to: "Kinsmen Club of Stratford Camp Committee"
  • 50% of your anticipated Rental Fee ($50.00 min)
  • Refundable $300.00 Security/Damage Deposit
  • Note: Post-dated cheques are NOT acceptable

5: Once we have verified your information you will receive a CONFIRMATION email

This letter upgrades your reservation from TENTATIVE to CONFIRMED.
Please Note: Until your application is CONFIRMED, it is still considered available to any other group.

We are constantly trying to simplify this process, and this is the best system we have so far. Every policy is a direct response to a previous problem we have encountered, and/or is a result of feedback we have received from you, our guests.
